Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms govern access to and use of the Complifile platform. By using the Platform, you confirm agreement with these Terms. Governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates.

2. Description of Service

Complifile provides AI-powered tools for automated analysis of document compliance with ISO standards. The Platform generates informational reports and recommendations.

Important: The Platform is not a certification body and does not replace professional advice from accredited auditors. All reports are for informational purposes only.

3. Registration and Account

You agree to provide accurate information upon registration and keep it up to date. You are fully responsible for the security of your credentials. Unauthorized access must be reported to support@complifile.ai.

4. Uploaded Documents and Content

By uploading documents you warrant that:

• You hold all necessary rights to the uploaded materials
• The documents do not contain state secrets or classified information
• The documents do not infringe third-party rights including copyright
• You have obtained necessary consents for any personal data of third parties
• Uploading does not violate any non-disclosure agreements (NDA)

Complifile bears no liability for the content of uploaded documents.

5. Data Storage and Processing

Documents and data are stored on servers in EU (Frankfurt) in compliance with GDPR. You may request full deletion of all your data at any time via account settings or by contacting support@complifile.ai. Requests fulfilled within 30 days.

6. Payment, Subscription and Refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. Upon cancellation, access is maintained until the end of the paid period.

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase or subscription renewal date. After 30 days, no refunds are issued. Refund requests: support@complifile.ai

7. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Platform belong to Complifile. By uploading documents, you grant Complifile a limited licence to process them solely for service delivery. Copying, decompiling or creating derivative works without written consent is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Complifile is not liable for:

• Results of certification audits based on Platform reports
• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages including lost profits
• Platform disruptions due to force majeure
• Actions of third parties including certification bodies

Complifile's total aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts paid by the User in the preceding 3 months.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Platform to circumvent security systems, conduct automated scraping, distribute malicious content, or violate applicable law. Complifile may suspend or terminate access for violations without prior notice.

10. Force Majeure

Complifile is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, armed conflict, government actions, or disruptions to internet infrastructure.

11. Changes to Terms

You will be notified by email no less than 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
